Welcome to the registration for the Vrindavan Immersion Retreat at the Govardhana Retreat Centre from February 26th to March 4th, 2027. This form allows for registration with accommodation and without accommodation. The form needs to be filled for each individual.


Due to the retreat content designed to cater to an adult and mature audience, children above 12 years of age are welcome to attend the retreat sessions in the seminar hall - please fill out a separate registration form for each child.


Children below 12 years do not need to register and are welcome to attend, as long as parents ensure that the seminar space and other participants are allowed a serene and peaceful environment. There is no separate children’s area.


Please kindly note that the registrations will remain open till February 12, 2027.

Room Occupancy Policy

All rooms for the Vrindavan Immersion Retreat are strictly allotted as follows:

  • Single room: 1 person
  • 2-sharing room: 2 persons
  • 3-sharing room: 3 persons
  • 4-sharing room: 4 persons
  • 6-sharing room: 6 persons

Only devotees who are officially registered for accommodation through GRC for the Vrindavan Immersion Retreat are permitted to stay in these reserved rooms. Inviting or accommodating unregistered devotees in any of the GRC-reserved rooms is not permitted.

Single-occupancy rooms may be adjusted to 2-sharing rooms only with prior approval from the organizers. In such cases, the retreat contribution will be recalculated accordingly.

Please kindly note that the retreat fee is a package price. No partial refunds or deductions will be made for meals, accommodation, sessions, or other services that are not utilized by the participant.
